...but I'm thinking now is when I really need to keep my focus in order to maintain my weight loss. I can't let this be yet another failure at taking control of my weight/health.
I had VSG on 1/29/2015, so I'm a little more than 18 months out. I started at 269 and now hover at around 152 for the last few months. So, I think I'm officially in maintenance.
I won't bore you with a novel about my history, but I'll jump right in and start posting so you'll get to know my story and I'll get to know all of you.
