In the beginning...

Thursday the 8th of January I was gratned my referral. I didn't think my PCM would give it to me. He's a obvious country man and you can tell that he's very big into taking things into your own hands vs, surgically. Luckly, I had my nuse batting for me and I think she was able to sway his thinking. So heres some about me and why i'm doing this surgery.
I'm currently 276 and 5'5", I don't have any health problems besides borderline high blood pressure which has slowly crept up over the years. My body always hurts, I ended up quitting my job because I couldn't take it. My ankles are small so being on my feet for 8 hours is horrible.
My husband is in the Air Force, So while we are taken care of, the paychecks are still small and buying clothes is impossible. That and having 2 young kids everything gets ripped of stained. So going to lane bryant and buying clothes is finacially difficult. I can't afford to pay $40 for a shirt!
Over the last few months, my eating has changed. I watch my sizes MUCH more than I used to. We usually eat at home but i always have left it to my husband. That has changed, I now cook everything and I'm not talking hamburger helper either (Ewe)
