I have childhood memories of going to the Dr for a checkup and listening to him tell my mother that I needed to be on a diet. I would sit there crying. To this day I get a sick feeling when I go to a Dr`s office and worry about them making me get on the scale. Believe me I had avoided Dr`s for many years. Finally, I have taken my fear of the scales and will use it in a good way, watching the numbers go down and not up! Fingers crossed!
As I have already posted I am newly married (3 yrs this June) to a wonderful man that I happened to meet by chance in a girlfriends chat room for bbw's (big women). He is 11 yrs younger and brings 3 sons to my life, 9 yrs, 13, and 15 yrs. They are great kids. I wish we could see them more! I am looking for friends in here so if you think we have anything in common give me a yell..
