Six months!!!!

Yesterday June 21, 2010 made it six months since i was reborn!! I can hardly believe that it has already been six months since my life has changed for the best. There has been ups and downs but overall I am as happy as a clam. I have lost over 90lbs from my highest weight and feel wonderful! I want to thank all the insightful people on this website for sharing their experiences, good and bad! Food intake has been a struggle but looking back it has gotten so much better. I feel good, I am working out at least 4 times a week and loving it. Working out is no longer a chore but something that I enjoy doing. My life overall has changed and I feel great all around!
