I can't believe I am about 20 pounds from my goal weight.  It seems like I have hit a speed bump.  I know this is where I have to really put in a lot of work to get to my goal weight.  I get scared sometimes because it just doesn't seem like I will get there.  I know I have to be patient and just keep going.  

 Last night I wanted a triscuit so badly so I ate one and boy did I pay for it. I was hanging my head over the toilet. Not a pleasant feeling at all. Needless to say I will never eat them again. 

  I am so happy now. I can finaly drink a small bottle of water and not feel like I have been kicked in the stomach.  

 For some reason I am having difficulties with water.  It really hurts to drink water.  I am fine when it comes to drinking chrystal light or other sugar free beverages but water is not my friend.  Does anyone else have this problem?

 My surgery is fast approaching.  I am so excited and scared all at the same time.
