6 Days after surgery

Hello,
I had my surgery Monday the 16th and was discharged from the hospital the 17th. Unfortunately I was unable to urinate so I am sporting a catheter. The staples are killing me but other than that I am just terribly sore...today.

Hello,
Today I was scheduled to have my surgery August 16th. I was very disappointed that I have to wait so long. I have been going through the insurance requirements in order to receive approval since March. I had hoped to have the surgery in July, but oh well.
I was thinking, since I have over a month wait for my surgery, perhaps I can stock of on protein. Dr Barker will stressed that
to be successful with continued weight loss, protein is very important. I BELIEVE HIM.
Just wondering, has anyone out there found protein that taste pretty good and do you have any tips for beginners?
