Hello Family!!

Its been forever since I said anything on my page!! Sorry!!  I have recently gained 10 lbs., I'm up to 164, I want to be at 145, so I joined a Gold's gym, and I'm trying to work out at least 5 days a week. I love Zumba and Pilates, but I guess I need either that Birkam yoga, the one that makes you sweat. I'm dying to get this excess off of me, come hell or high water, its coming off! I've been getting up at 0500, to get to a 0530 am class and doing it yawning all the way thru class, I'm going to work it! Still trying to go to the track daily, two miles walk one, run one!! I'm trying to get back into lifting weights consistently!
I have got to get the last 20 or more off of me, please pray for me!! I've re-cleaned out my cupboards and the freezer, I guess some of us make the mistake, of thinking that you can eat anything, after this.
