i have been real busy i am down to 230lbs have had problems with feet my big toes hope doctor gets them fixed soon so i can go for my walks again will be back soon >

hi EVERY ONE  how have you been i cant believe it has been only a little over three months seance my op day i have been great i am down to 270lbs i have lost 100LBS seance surgery one week after my op i stop all my meds and doing great no more diabetes or blood psi problems i just love it i hope you are all are doing good max

well i am down to 285lbs i  fill  great  yesterday i had a test done at the hospital a egd  found a small ulcer in the stomach i will find out about it more in a couple of days

 well down to 302lb's trying to get in the 200's before christmes witch i have not seen in 16 years haveing a hard time with drinking all my water and eating but i have my good days & bad days

Day of Surgery: 349                                                    20 day's out: 321


So a loss of 28 lbs total since surgery and 71lbs since my heaviest before surgery.

I guess that's ok

16 days out and i fell better and better try to walk every day steal cant get all my proten and water in a day but felling a lot better i cant wait to see my surgen on the 19th for the frist time i have lost about 25lb's from 10/21 to 11/7 

day4 and it's getting better not as much pain today more walking today  and eating more and yes i finely i fill so much better

CLEAR LIQUIDS ALL DAY TO DAY I JUST HAD MY MILK OF MAGNESIA THAT STUFF TASTE LIKE SH##! I ALL MOST PUKE BUT YOU GOT TO DO IT I AM TRYING TO STAY BUSY ALL IS WELL I AM READY I WILL POST WHEN I GET HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL THANK YOU ALL FOR THE HELP AND SUPPORT SCISOK

well less then two weeks to go am on my protein diet.. for the last three days i lost ten lbs steal not hungry i hope it last till surgery  time  only 12 more days left
