Lunch 12:30PM
- 1 cup of beef broth ( 15 calories)
- 1 diet ginger Ale (0 calories)
Snack 3PM
- Protein shake (140)
water in between
Dinner 6PM
- Benifiber (15 calories) | 2 tums
- 1 sugar free fudgescile
- 1 cup of broth chicken
Snack 8PM
- Sugar free popsicle ( 15 calories)
