  • Giant protein shake ( 140 calories)
  • coffee with milk and equal sugar

water in between

Snack 11AM

  • sugar free jello

water in between

Lunch 12:30PM

  • 1 cup of beef broth ( 15 calories)
  • 1 diet ginger Ale (0 calories)

 

Snack 3PM

  • Protein shake (140)

water in between

Dinner 6PM

  • Benifiber (15 calories) | 2 tums
  • 1 sugar free fudgescile
  • 1 cup of broth chicken

Snack 8PM

  • Sugar free popsicle ( 15 calories)
