I went to my doctor's appointment with Dr. Long. Everything went fine until he told me that St. Vincent's East wasn't a full status Center of Excellence hospital. They have to get full status before he can turn my paperwork in. He said it can be anyday b/c they already fixed the problem they had. Hopefully it will. Until then, I'll play the waiting game.

The Beginning

I went to a seminar with Dr. Jay C. Long in Birmingham yesterday (Aug. 6). My hopes of having the surgery seems to be getting alittle closer. I have my first appointment with him next Tues. (Aug. 14). Hopefully, everything will go ok. I already had my records from my primary care physician so they went ahead and took them at the end of the seminar. I will keep everyone posted. Keep your fingers crossed.
