Ok So it has been a while since I last made a post but thats ok because I am back now!!
My first happiness of the day is my official loss of 70lbs! It sounds so surreal coming out of my mouth but all through "hardwork and dedication" like my Man Dolvette
from The Biggest Loser always says! (I love him mmm) And my NSV that I have acheived is that I am now able to run/jog 10 mins without stopping and not feel like i have just died after a run. That feels so good! When I go to the gym I am on fire and its kind of addicting. I would rather be addicted to the gym rather then food! I am so greatfull for my Sleeve!!
