Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. The trumpets are blaring, the cymbals are crashing and the drums are drumming – all for YOU! I hope that all went well for you! You’ve been out of surgery now for a little over a month – YIPPIE!!! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)…Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly and take lots of pictures…the transformations will make your jaw drop!!! RNY 10/31/03 – down 97 pounds!!! Good luck!

hello everyone i would just like to say thank you all and God is good all the time. When i first thought about this surgery recovery time was so long that i say no not for me. Then i found out that the insurance my company had at the time would not cover the surgery. So guest what happen my company went and now we have new insurance. But it was a fight all the way and yes the Victory is all God's because He made all of this possible. I an so excited I have no fear Because Isaiah 41:10 FEAR NOT FOR I AM WITH YOU BE NOT DISMAYED FOR I AM YOUR GOD I WILL GIVE YOU STRENGHT YES I WILL HELP YOU I WILL UPHOLD YOU WITH MY RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND. So as you can tell i am standing on His Word.

Hi Erma! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow!
