Update long time no write LTNW lol - Well today is an offical 1 year and 2 months and I weight currently 165. I have to throw in the currently because I fluxuate from 163 - 165. You know us women have that curse issue...

Sighs so slow - I tell you this  stuff plateau ... is crazy one minute your losing losing next nothing nothing. Now I think I'm 170 but the scale says 167.4 that would mean I'm 7 lbs from my docto...
