Well I am back and I do feel pain in my upper chest.      I have not PP yet and I don't think I will.  I am adding Benefiber to everything so I stay full and it is working.  I lost 7 before surgery and 3 since surgery.  I am well on my way.  I will be happy when all the swelling goes down.

well I leave tomarrow to have my pre-ops.. Friday is the big day... I am so, so  excited   Shannon

so as of 2/22 I will be 7 day out.   I am kinda nervous but so, so excited.  I goal weight of 150 is now in sight..  can't wait.....
