My Goals

 1. Have surgery! (*Done April 25, 2006!)
2. Ride a horse
3. Weigh less than my husband
4. Cross my legs (Done-June 17, 2006!)
5. Tie my shoes easily (Done-June, 2006!)
6. Buy my first regular sized outfit in years (Done September 2006-clothing size 16/18 and some 12/14 shirts in regular sizes...not "Plus" sizes!)
7. Race my daughter to the mailbox
8. Be off CPAP (*No longer using CPAP as of October 2006!)
9. Be off BP meds (*off these two weeks after surgery!)
10. Be off medication for insulin resistance (*Off immediately after surgery!)
11. Fit easily in driver's seat of Blazer without my tummy rubbing or having to stretch my legs to reach the gas pedal (*Done-June 2006 after losing 30#)
12. Feel uninhibited enough to dance
13. Wear a bathing suit - and feel good about it
14. Play softball again
15. Go to the theatre dressed to the nine's!
16. Sky dive
17. Water ski
18. Snow ski
19. Weigh 225 - BMI will be 39.8 which is merely "obese" rather than "morbidly obese" (*DONE - Hit 224# on my birthday June 29, 2006! - HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!) :)
20. Get below 200# mark (*Done September 18, 2006-weight 199!)
21. Lose 100# total...weight will be 167
22. Weigh 165 - BMI will be 29.2 which is the "overweight" category...no "obese" label!
23. Weigh 140 - BMI will be 24.7 which is NORMAL!
24. Maybe a marathon??? :)
25. Join a community theatre group
