It's been awhile.

  Hello everyone,
It has been quite awhile since I have been on here. I am doing great. I have lost about 80 pounds or close to 90 now. I am feeling great and full of energy. My hair is falling out pretty bad but I can handle that. I miss everyone on here. I want to try to help as many people as I can. I just feel that it was the best decision that I have ever made.
