I tried dong some yoga today and it was very invigorating! I really liked it because it helps you stretch your muscles and i was breakin a sweat at the end...and i could feel it im my abs, legs and back.  So really if you dont feel loke goin to the gym try some beginners yoga, it helps your felxibility and strength and it centers you.....I know im gonna buy myself a DVD and and try to do it at least 3 times a week and work out at the gym when i can....im really excited to start this new healthy lifestyle *psyched* :)
