Still hanging in there! I am at 104 pounds lost now. Many more to go! Feelin well and have more energy now.

I have now lost 90 pounds. It seems to be slow. I hope things pick up this spring when I get more active. My daughter and I are going camping at the coast this weekend, I can't wait I have not been able to go camping in years. I am enjoying being able to go out and do things again.

Well I have lost 82 pounds now. I am still losing slowly, but still losing about 16 pounds a month. I am finally getting into some of my old clothes. Yey!

I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 75 POUNDS SO FAR. I SEEM TO ONLY BE LOSING A FEW POUNDS A WEEK. DID ANYONE ELSE DO THIS?

Not losing very fast! I am sitting around too much. I have to get moving but it is hard. So far I have lost 59 pounds.

Well, I have been doing well most days. I did get sick a few times not sure why I only had a few bites of clam chowder. And the other times I ate it I was fine. Oh well!

I have lost 30 pounds since my surgery on Oct. 24th.

 So far I have lost 25 lbs. Many more to go. I am having trouble eating. Very painfull most of the time. I am trying to introduce new foods and it is dificult. I hope I can have a few soft things for Thanksgiving. I need to get exersice now, so I can continue to lose.

Well it has been alittle over 2 weeks since my surgery. Everything went very good. It was a little more painful than I thought it would be, but I am doing well. I go in for my check up with Dr. Hong on the 15th of Nov.

Day of suregry Oct. 24th,2006
2 weeks after Nov. 9th, I weigh 374 lbs. 17 lbs lost.

I hope I continue to lose well. I feel like sometimes that I eat too much. I am afraid that the surgery won't work or that I will not lose enough. Dose any one else have this fear?

So far I have not gotten sick or  had any dumping. Just hope I am doing everything right. Not sure if I am getting in enough fluilds.

Here it is, only 4 more days to surgery! I can't wait! I get a little fearful if I think about the surgery,  but I am very excited about the outcome... I will let you know how it all goes.
