Pretty excited!

Wow...its been 10 months ALREADY!  Can't believe the changes my body has gone through!  Cant believe what my body will ALLOW me to do!  Was able...for the 1st time I can remember...to run 1.55 miles yesterday.  Did it in 23 minutes and burned 270 calories!  WOW!  Thank you everyone for your incredible support through this journey!
