Hi to everyone,
My name is Shelley and I'm 34 years old 5'4" and 275lbs BMI 47.2..I have been overweight all of my life.I have been married for 6 years as of June 5th to greatest man on earth.I have so many friends that are helping me thur all of this as well.Also all of my family is supporting me.I have tried many different ways to lose weight and I would lose the weight but then gain it back plus more.My whole family is overweight. I now see what my mom is going thur(having both knees replaced) not being able to play with the grandkids. I dont want to go thur that,when I have kids I want to be able to get on the floor and play with them! I have an appt with Dr Felts on Aug 30th and hopefully
