Ok. so I went to see Dr. Smith yesterday (oct. 13)..I have lost 17 pounds so far...so I only have 13 pounds to go before I can see if I am approved for my sleeve!! I am soo excited! 

Well tomorrow is the day I get weighed again...I want to lose those 31 pounds sooo bad!! I have been doing the protien drinks for the past 2 days and eating one meal.....but it is hard not to eat birthday cake on your birthday!! lol...so I had a tiny slice.....and believe me i felt sooo guilty later!!! I HATE THAT FEELING!!..well i guess i will up date tomorrow to see how I have done....

well tomorrow is my final test for my surgery....the rest is up to me~I have to lose 31 pounds ( i have lost 10 so far) i just wish this weight would fall off!! i am soo ready for my surgery with or without my family's support.

Well, today I go for my stress test......I am sooo nervous.......


Well, I went for my stress test...it was no big deal....I was stressed for no reason!!

Ok, so far I have finished all my tests for my surgery except the endoscopy.  I have to lose 10% of my body weight before my surgery. To date I have lost 10 pounds.  I am very nervous about having surgery....but I have to do this for myself and my family.
