Surgery Date - January 2012 !

 I FINALLY have a date for DS surgery.  JANUARY 24th 2012.    I have done all of my pre-testing, 6 months food logs and class to get to the point of setting a date.  I don't know ff my insurance has approved me yet but I still have my fingers crossed.  I'm soooo excited.  I wish it had been a few weeks earlier int he month but what's a couple of weeks.  I've been big for years !

I am nervous but ready.  I don't know what I have to do yet before the surgery so I feel like I have a date but no instructions.   

Can anyone give me some ideas?
