The joys of naked, pulverized chicken salad

I am marvelling at how delicious food tastes once the days of McDonald's pit stops & Dairy Queen Blizzards are gone!  I am enjoying tuna/egg/chicken salad like it's haute cuisine.  And so far, the gut is feeling fine.  HOORAY!
