Congratulations on your upcoming surgery date! SO many Obese people dream of coming to this date and fall short . You however , have been given a gift . A gift to carry on your life and to live healthy ! How awesome is this ? Understanding that this is a tool , and it is going to take YOU to be the one that makes it work for you. You can do this , and you can emerge with great success. I wish you all the blessings and peace that will come from this . Remember that you are human, and you will falter, but also know that you do get another day and you go and learn from your mistakes. If you ever need me I am here for you.
