Down approx 40lbs from my highest ...30lbs from surgery... i know it's not a ton of weight lost but i'm really happy so far, but its a great feeling to wear clothes i bought in the past but never fit into. I can't wait to see where I'm at in another 4 or so months. I just have to get back on track
