Post Surgery

I am now 2 weeks out from RNY surgery which went fine thank the Lord. I had a terrible first week with gross protein drinks - found one I can deal with on week 2. Havent had the nerve to try protein powders yet. I am not overly excited about having this done just yet - but I know it takes time to deal with it all. I was very depressed for the 2 weeks after surgery - probably overwhelmed, but its getting better. I see inches lost already and pounds gone but I am not going to stay on the scale because I know that can be a hindrance. More details to follow.

I have my surgery date now - Sept 2, 08. Very Excited and cant wait for the coming months. Hard work and all!
