I haven;t written in ages Today is April 26, 2009I had maintained my previous weight loss and plateaued out at 236 pounds...I just rejoined WW January 24, 2009) and am down another 20.8 pounds. I havent needed any adjystn=ments. I cannot tolerate beef, white meat chicken or white meat turkey or any other meat such as pork or lamb if it is too well done. I dont touch white bread and I can handle a small amunt of pasta and brown rice.
