Hello my OH family. My name is Shelly and I am 28 years old. For as long as I can remember I have been overweight. I can remember being 120 lbs in third grade, about 260 when I graduated high school, and in the 300's all during college. I know what its like to have tried so many different avenues to lose weight and none of them working. I've been on pratically every diet imaginable and also tried about five different prescription weight loss pills, to no avail. I am here to find out as much information I can about weight loss, hear from other people that are going through what I am going through, and hopefully document my journey to make it to my goal weight. One day I hope to be a part of the LOSERS!!
