I have struggled with my weight since I was less than 5 years old. My weight has gone up and down and up and down and up and up and up and up. It is time to stop this insanity. I have been down this surgical path 3 times in the past 10 years. If ever there was an ideal time, I would say that now is the time! Definitely more ideal than any of the past 3 times. Funny how life is, isn't it?
I am excited and nervous and happy and scared and eager and sad. When I actually spend time thinking of this journey, all of these emotions are present at any given moment. I'm sure that these feelings are all fairly common with people in this same place in life.
I am single and have three adorable cocker spaniels that love me unconditionally. I'm definitely not getting any younger....I'm 36 yrs old. I am blessed to have very loving and supportive family and friends.
I SO look forward to my healthy and happy life! I know that this will not be easy. Nothing has ever been easy for me. However, I do know that in the end, this will likely be the most rewarding and healthy change that I can do for me! Right now, this time in my life is all about me! Go ME!
