Praise God!  One year!  My total loss so far (before & after) is 226.  I have a little ways to go.  But I can make it!

It has been a ride.  I have enjoyed very step.  I have lost 116.  One Whole person.  I have a few more people to lose.  Thank God for Keeping me.

I cant beleive that I purchased a swim suit from WALMART a size 22-24 ten sizes smaller.  AIn;t God Good!

Well, I just left the doctor.  I am doing well.  I lost 6lbs.  I was a little sad, however Dr. Lin asked me to give it time.  I added my 2 visits together and I have lost 19lbs in less than 24 days.  That isnt bad.  One day at a time.
Praise God!

I am 13 days out.  Everything is going fine!  I am actullay at work for a few hours.  I feel great!  I have graduated to soft foods.  I had some cream of crab soup.  My suit for church on Sunday was too big.  LOL

36 hours to go!  WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have nervous energy.  I am excited.  JESUS is so real!  Thank you God for this oppourtunity.
For the rest of my life I will serve you, Lord.

I am so excited!!!!!  I am flying!!!  Is it because I have a date or because I am only on liquids (LOL) I think both.
My life is going to change so much.  I am looking forward to it!
