Hello I am George, I have been over weight all my life. This has always been a problem with trying to achieve any of my goals, yet about a year ago my doctor suggested I have gastric bypass to help bring my wieght to a controllable and livable amount. I will say no matter how much trouble I went through I would not change a thing.
My problems occurred a week after surgery, I was unable to keep anything on my stomache this included water even jello. It turned out that not only did I have an ulcer (which is a possibility ) I also had an obstruction from the surgery on the exit of my new stomache. I also had a narrowing of the opening to the new pouch.
I did not let these problems take over my life though, I tried to continue on ,finally after about 2 months the problems where corrected with me getting scoped and the opening stretched from 1/2 centimeter to 15 centimeters. my problems suddenly disappeared, and now I am really living life like I should be doing normally.
