I went to see the nutritionist on Monday.  I have lost 55 pounds since my December visit.  She said that was good.  I told her I cannot eat beef.  It really unsets my stomach.  I can eat turkey, chicken and tuna.  I am so tired of protein shakes that I tried Adkins protein bars.  They are good.  I have been getting between 50- 75 grams of protein a day.  I am taking Celebrate multivitamins and Wellesse liquid calcium along with monthly B-12 injection.  I have been going to Curves 3-5 times a week except this week because I have a cold.  I am going to add resistance band training next week.  I found a great DVD that has 3 levels for beginning through advanced.  All levels are working at once so you can follow the person at your level.  That will give me about hour to hour and a half of exercise a day,  I am eating about 600-900 calories a day.
