Most of my life I was told that I was skinney. Even after having children, I lost my weight.  But since the age of 40, I started gaining weight, I would lose the 30 pounds that I gain, but the gain it back even more. Then I would hurt more at my joints and muscles. No matter how much walking I did, or watching what I ate, I still gain the weight and I hurt worse. Now 100 pounds or more later, I still hurt and I am more tired. The most I can lose is maybe 10 pounds.  My doctor suggested that I should check into the lap band surgery. So I have been researching this and talking it over with my husband and family and they all back me on this.
