Ok, if anyone wants past photos/info. prior to July 07, you'll find it all in the MY STORY section..I'll use the blog section for any and all things from this point forward.
i am doing well. I am in the midst of building my exercise routine on a more consistent basis, which will primarily include walking and pushing my 2 year-old in her jogging stroller. I hope to build to jogging as I would like to accomplish a 10K race...by November (THANKSGIVING). I need to hop on that too!
