Wife, mother of 3, nurse, the list goes on of the hats I wear, I wear them proudly. It recently dawned on me that I have spent much of my life trying to be something for everyone else, that I lost myself and lost track of who I am. I just celebrated my 30th birthday, and the same week, started the journey into VSG. I am so excited to begin and finally gain health. My starting weight was 346.2. I want to be able to run with my kids, and bike, and hunt with my husband. My weight has kept me from doing much of this, but I am so happy that this time next year I will physically be a different person.
