Okay here goes, I started my journey in dec. of 2010 since then have gone thru allot of hoops and jumps and test after test and sleep test and well I'm sure you all know the routine. i have been wanting this surgery for awhile and have finally gotten and surgey date which is weds. aug. 31 2011 I am having the RNY. I am nervous a little but looking for lots of support on this forum. I am a grandmother of 8 and one great granddaughter. I am 61 years young and want to be that way for a long time. I am hoping losing some of this weight will give me more time to spend with my kids and grandkids and my husband to of course. i have four kids who are all behind me on this and a great firend at work also. I wasn't going to put a picture on here cause don't like them as I am sure noone else does. Yet looking at all the before and afters has giving me great support so i will be posting pics if I can figure it out lol Not a whole lot to say so wish me luck send a few prayers my way and god bless you all
