Hello all, my name is Sara I am 25 and obease. I have been big almost all my life. It's only been bad the past couple years. The knee pain, and back pain is the worst. That's part of the reason I am hoping to have the surgery. I just can't afford it yet. I am saving a doing a couple fundraisers. Anyways, the other and main reason is...my nephew is 4 and the look on his face when I tell him that I am too tired or I hurt too much to play with him, is heartbreaking. I can't and dont want to do that to him anymore. I want to live long enough to see him get married and have kids. I love that boy as if he were my own. He's only 4 and tells people that I am his second mommy.
