"I met Dr. Yau the first time in aug 2003. his office is very busy and he does seem rushed. He took a lot of time to explain everything to me and my mom who went with me. Dr. Yau was very frustrated about the long wait times... i had already waited over a year to get to his apointment etc. His office staff are very nice, seemed helpful when answering questions, and returned phone calls quickly. I am going back on March 27 for my final preop thingie then to scedul surgery for sometime in the summer of 2006. Yaaaaaa!"
