I can not sleep this morning. My first appointment is at 8:45am. I meet with the surgeon to see if I lost the 10 lbs and I am not sure if I have met that agreement. The Dr will reschedule me if I have not lost the weight. I pray that the scale is good to me.

I have been working out and staying on the liquids. The day before the scale said I wore 332 and today the scale says that I am 336. What is going on. I will workout for a hour ttonight. Wish me luck.

I have been doing well with the diet. I have stayed on track and drunk all my fluids. Today was a bad day for me. The Dr's secretarty called me and said that my surgery may have to get pushed back to 6-30-09. I felt like crying. I went through the liquid diet and week and didn't eat at my sons party to get a call on Monday saying that I will not be having the surgery that I have wait so long for. I feel so hurt and sad.

Today was officially the first day. I had to work late and I also had to buy the food. I did great up until I had to clean up awards.  I made it through the chocalate cookies.

Today 4-13-09 I went to Sinai to have a rib check done. Dr. Li gave me an appointment date of 5-19-09. I also have to lose at least 10-25 lbs. I am now on a low carb diet. I have not received my approval letter.
