1 month2 days post op

I am one month post op, and I feel like my hormones are a little out of whack. I am loosing weight ,but feel depressed. I love that my clothes fit way better. in fact some way too loose. I know its just my body adjusting ,but its still weird.  Starting weight:223, Weight on Surgery date 209,Current weight 188.6. I feel good, but every time I look in the mirror I feel gross. I can't even bring myself to take a new profile pic, I look at myself , and just feel ugly. I hope this passes. I am just gonna keep following what my Dr. & nutritionist told me to do.
