My eating and losing 130+ pounds

Here is a typical eating week for me. I have most mornings a hard boil egg with 2 slices of bacon. One hour
later I start drinking one of the two quarts of water with Special K
tea mix through out the day. A apple for mid morning snack. Lunch I
will have a can of tuna. mid afternoon snack I will have beef jerky or
some kind of nuts. Supper I will have some sort or meat. Evening snack
I will have celery or carrots or some kind of fruit. Now every week I
do treat myself to one or two cans of pop, popcorn, some sort of pasta
dish or pizza, if I do go to a fast food place I order chicken and eat
it without the bun.
I know I don't follow what most people do or eat but I didn't get the
sleeve to go on some sort of special food diet the rest of my life I
got it because you can lead a normal eating life.
Really the only things that I have changed from before to now is that
I cut out the bread and eat way way less of what I do eat. Other than
that no big change in eating for me.
