Paul Dally

"My first initial impression of Dr. Dally was that he was quiet and not easy to get to know. That quickly changed after I had my next visit. Dr. Dally is warm and considerate. He is attentive and up front in his bedside manner. During my hospital stay, he took his valuable time to educate one of my young visitors about veins and how they work. This showed me that he not only has a love of his profession but a great desire to educate even young children about their bodies and how it operates. He was so caring and my friend was fascinated by Dr. Dally's education! I appreciate Dr. Dally's honesty and gentle nature. I've heard that he is known for a strong work ethic. My surgery went well and I feel wonderful, strong and healthy at two weeks out. I attribute a lot of this to Dr. Dally and his skill as a surgeon.rnThe aftercare program is great & informative. The staff at Dr. Dally's office is warm and caring. I've called Ann several times and she is always willing to listen or give me advice when I've needed it. I feel that a great 'bedside' manner is very important. When a doctor & staff has a caring demeaner, a patient will be more open to learning and changing their old, unhealthy ways."

PeaceHealth Southwest (COE)

"The nursing staff is undereducated in the field of bariatric surgery. They did not know simple thoughts, idea's or suggestions for my care during my stay. My CNA's were more helpful and informed. One of my nurses, who I (unfortunetly) had for two days, was terribly slow, unattentive and made me wait for pain meds for almost an hour, even after I pushed my call button repeatedly. By the time "Debbie" arrived, I was in tears from the pain and frusteration."
