"When I first saw Dr. Lord it was at one of his seminars in July of 05. I thought he was kind of cocky, but that was okay because he had a short period of time to sell himself and his abilities. When I finally had a chance to have an appointment with him I knew what I saw on that night was confidence. He was a real softy with a sense of humor. My surgery was 4/12/06 and it went off without a hitch. The only pain I had was from the drain he placed. I told him if he removed the drain I would be fine. Well, I lost that battle, he took it out the day of discharge. He spoke to me like I was a patient not a nurse and I appreciated that. He has a wonderful bedside manner, his staff is very professional from office to unit. I am seven days post-op with no pain, never had nausea or vomiting or any other issues. I would highly recommend him to everyone. "
