Hello Thora - <b>Congratulations</b> on your upcoming surgery. My prayers and best wishes are with you as you take the first steps down the path to a healthier and thinner you. I look forward to making that same journey soon and will be anxiously awaiting the "updates" to your profile as it progresses. Know that you are not alone and that there are MANY of us that will have you in our prayers on your very special day. Dont forget to walk, walk, WALK right after surgery, no matter how tired you are......AND drink that protein, lots and lots of it. Have you ever seen the movie: THE WIZARD OF OZ??? Well, soon you will be saying what the wicked witch said when Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her: "I'M MELTING!! I'M MELTING!!!" Those lbs will just melt off of you soon. You will soon be walking down the YELLOW BRICK ROAD to see the WIZARD OF OZ and your sweetest wish will be granted. Congratulations and good luck to you. My husband and I both had our open rny's at Pacific Bariatric in San Diego in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 325 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
