Hi Lisa sorry to hear that you are down in the dumps - i suffer from depression and something that gives me comfort is remembering what my life was like this time last year!!!!!!!!!! just try to live one day at a time - i know that is a cliche but uit really works. Lisa, I think if you have been depressed this long, you may need some help from your PCP, to get your mood regulated....if only for awhile until you can help your daughter. Lack of sleep is NOT helping you either! You need some help sweety. As for the boyfriend, tell him you're going to get help and ask him to be patient and if he still leaves....you didn't lose much when HE walks out the door!! Don't forget what a long way you have come....you be proud of yourself and take care of yourself so you can take care of that little girl of yours!! Big Warm Hug!! Carol Percel
