Well I am 2 months out and have lost 40#. I never would have thought that I could possible lose that much weight.
What a ride, Yes it is a ride. I have been coping well. The hardest part for me was looking at my plate and seeing what
is there. The head plays tricks on you. I had to learn to listen to my tummy. WOW. I find myself making better choices
about what food that I eat. I ask myself all the time if this has any protein in or what am I getting out of this. I am
so very happy that I have had this surgery and would do it again in a heart beat. Asked that in my first 2 weeks out and
I would have said no way what did I do, but not know. I love my sleeve
