In the 9th grade I was a size 12 (maybe not such a big deal as an adult but in high school that is HUGE).  I had Double E bra which didn't help.  After high school I married at 18 (almost 19) and then had a breast reduction by 21.  I continued to get larger.  I was in a 22 and stayed there until 1995 when I ballooned up to a size 24.  In all this time I had tried hypnosis, weight watchers, counting calories, etc.  I got serious and lost about 30lbs then we moved back to Texas and I stayed this size for about another year.  Found a doctor and started the Phentermine controlled by the MD.  I did great!  lost 127lbs, working out several times a week and was doing great.  Now the point I failed to mention is this is now 12 years into my marriage and also trying to conceive a child.  Never in all the time that we tried to concieve did any of the doctors tell me I couldn't get pregnant because I was FAT!  Well I lost all that weight and guess what?  I was pregnant (yes right when I reached goal).  Well I did good after the birth of my son.  I didn't regain the majority of it and went from a size 8 to 10/12 which I thought was acceptable.  Well 22 months later I got pregnant again and while pregnant was diagnosised with having thyroid cancer.  After the birth of my 2nd son and then surgery removing my thyroid,  my brother died.  We were extremely close and I just had too much going on and couldn't cope so I started eating again.  Well I ballooned up to a 24 again.  Then decided I did so well on the Phentermine I'd do that again.  So I went online and paid full price and did it on my own.  Lost 97lbs this time and was becoming "immune" so to speak from the phentermine and it was becoming harder and harder to get.  So I stopped taking it and tried to keep up the gym and stuff but I had nothing to curb that appetite.  Then I was rear ended by a huge SUV (me in a camry) which messed up my back and I couldn't go to the gym well that was excuse enough for me.  This time I have ballooned up to an all time high of 289 and size 24-26 now have high blood pressure and if I don't do something have been told I'll be diabetic soon.  So I am now going to have gastric bypass.  I don't have a problem losing weight really, but keeping it off is a problem.  I am convinced this tool will help me to be healthy for my 2 sons and be here for my grandchildren.
