I’m Stephen. I’ve been Yo-yoing for several years now. I can lose the weight but is always seems to find me again. I love to ride my bicycles and that’s the only thing that seems to help keep the weight off, but I can’t seem to make myself ride in the cold winter months or when its windy in Oklahoma which seems year round for the last couple years. About 5 years ago I started working an office job. I lose weight in the summer and gain it back in the winter. I’ve tried personal trainers. They seem to want me to lift weights and every time I’ve hired one I start putting on muscle fast and weight gain. That’s not what I want. They just don’t seem to understand and keep telling me too much cardio is bad. Hymmm?????
