Three days ago, I had surgery to remove my band and revised to the sleeve.  I was so worried about the pain as my band surgery was painful for me (but I also had gall bladder removed at same time).  However, this surgery was much easier for me and really have not not had any pain just some discomfort in my abdomen.  After my 2nd band leak in 9/2012, I began gaining weight rapidly and gained 60 pounds of the 140 pounds I had lost with the band and felt like such a failure.  Now that I have a working tool again, I am hopeful and excited to get the weight off and feel healthy again!  Plus it will be nice to fit into my clothes again!!!
