I don't know about anyone else but daylight savings time sucks, royally!
This ol girl needs her sleep!! And depriving me of an hour really makes a difference. LOL
Ok - so I have started back at the gym - going pretty much every day. I didn't go Friday night - hubby had to work and I had errands. But, we went on Saturday and then I skipped yesterday because I REALLY needed to clean house and do laundry.
The gym we go to runs this special program in March to promote March Madness or something. It's kinda cool - you get points for different parts of your workout and when it's over whoever has the most points gets a prize and recognition. Well - hubby and I are VERY competitive - especially with each other. Not in a bad way or against each other but on fun things like games, who burned the most calories during a workout etc.... right now he's in the lead and that is ONLY because he's been going more regular for a lot longer and has more stamina built up. But I'm going to try really hard to beat him!

TGIF!! This week has seemed really long - but maybe that's just because I'm waiting on insurance approval. This morning I went for my ECHO-cardiogram. I used Phen-Phen a couple of times over the past and my doc wants to make sure my valves are ok.
Kinda scarey to think I could have messed up a pretty vital organ. But, back then, it didn't matter - all I wanted was to be skinny ... the faster the better. As it turned out phen-phen wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Yeah, it gave me the energy to clean like a fien or exercise my ass off, but in reality anything and everything I did lose always came back - 10 fold.
This afternoon I called my insurance company to see if by some miracle they had a decision yet - of course not. Kinda bummed ~!
But, it has only been a week since my paperwork was submitted
so I guess my expectations were a bit high. Guess I'll just have to keep waiting.
